The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administration, coordinate operational workloads, and support senior management with key projects. Minimum 5+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles is desired.

By targeting and eliminating termite colonies through monitoring, trapping and baiting systems and direct eradication methods, we provide a comprehensive termite service for our customers targeting the cause, not just the symptoms.
About the Role
As the Administration Manager, you will work in cooperation with all staff and management to oversee all daily administrative and office operations requiring minimal supervision, ensuring a professional and reliable service to our customers. You will be required to provide a high level of accurate and efficient administrative support to the leaders of Termite Free Naturally, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's strategic direction. The position is 30+ hours per week over 5 days, with flexibility and the ability for hours to be adjusted for the right person.
Core Duties
Preparing documents, reports, and customer correspondence
Co-ordinate daily scheduling for our pest controllers
Managing emails, calls, and general admin tasks
Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
Accounts payable and receivable
Bookkeeping duties including processing payments, payroll and bank reconciliations
BAS and PAYGW lodgements
Assist with HR administration
Oversight and implementation of company policies and procedures
Monthly budgeting and profit and loss reporting
Fleet Management
Managing compliance such as SA Health licensing and ATO requirements
Management of social media accounts and content
Various other duties as required
Essential Skills and Experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Experience with MYOB is desired, or the ability to quickly learn new accounting software
A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
Knowledge of Customer Records Management systems
Strong aptitude for learning new software and systems
Strong interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail
Highly organised
Strong work ethic
Ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines
