The Role
The successful applicant will serve as the primary point of contact for administering first aid across the college, providing timely and appropriate care to students and staff in alignment with their training, departmental protocols, and relevant health and safety legislation.
In addition to delivering high-quality first aid and triage services, they will act as the initial contact for students, ensuring appropriate referral to relevant staff as needed. The role also includes providing administrative support to the Student Wellbeing and Engagement (SWAE) team.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are desirable, as the successful applicants will foster respectful and genuine relationships with students, staff, and families, contributing positively to the college’s inclusive and supportive environment.
