The Role 
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team builder with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future. 
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to: 
- Champion new initiatives. 
- Help shape our thrivability efforts. 
- Meet regularly with team members. 
- Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines. 
Your efforts will empower our team members and help inspire people to create a thrivable future. 
Key/Main Responsibilities 
- Liaising between teams 
- Welcoming and integrating newcomers 
- Answering general inquiries and addressing issues 
- Processing leave requests and managing handovers 
- Conducting weekly check-ins with members and monitoring work productivity 
- Reporting weekly updates 
Preferred Requirements 
- Fluency in English (preferred). 
- Excellent communication and organisation skills 
- Ability to work independently and as a team 
- Own computer with fast internet connection 
- Willingness to learn new skills 
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. 
- The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time. 
- A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all. 
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
