About The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique. This role involves working closely with the Boutique Manager to oversee sales, service and operational standards.
Responsibilities include coaching and supporting team members, maintaining visual and operational standards and delivering an elevated customer experience. You will lead by example, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the values and quality of the brand.
About You:
* Minimum of two years' management or supervisor experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
* Passion for luxury watches and a genuine interest in the industry
* Previous watch experience is highly regarded but not essential
* Confident leader with strong collaboration and team development skills
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining store presentation and operational excellence
* Enthusiastic about representing the Grand Seiko brand and contributing to its continued success
* Must have consistent availability across a weekly roster, planned one month in advance.
