What you’ll do:
- Define and standardise business analysis processes and frameworks.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct analysis, process modelling, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with project teams and managers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions throughout project execution.
- Drive innovation in business processes to enhance efficiency and generate actionable insights.
- Embed responsible AI principles and emerging technologies into analysis practices to ensure ethical and effective outcomes.
- Support the BA Practice Lead in guiding and developing the business analysis team to ensure consistency and delivery excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Expertise in innovating and optimising business processes leveraging data and technology.
- Understanding of responsible AI frameworks and emerging technology trends.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to influence digital strategy and facilitate organisational capability development.
- Advanced business analysis skills, including process modeling, requirement elicitation, Agile delivery, and expert facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Experienced senior expert and team leader managing medium-sized teams (5-20+ people), capable of solving complex business problems with minimal guidance.
- Proven ability to lead multiple large projects with broad impact, prioritize work annually, and support broader business unit objectives.
- Skilled in influencing stakeholders across business levels and managing budgets to ensure effective resource utilization.
