About the role
As the Business Support Officer, you will provide support for administrative, transactional tasks such as data entry and filing, financial reporting, payments and accounting, ordering and coordinating office supplies, and general correspondence from team shared email inbox on servicing internal requests. Your role is primarily a business support function to assist the Director Communications, Engagement & Marketing with administrative needs, diary/inbox management and scheduling. Other duties include preparation of submissions, reports and other correspondence; organisation of meetings and conferences, including the preparation and dissemination of minutes and other documentation arising from project related meetings and events, as well as collating other related documentation.
We're looking for someone with:
4. Extensive experience as an effective member of an administrative/business/corporate support team and proficient use of relevant systems and software such as MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, Dynamics CRM, intranet/internet content management
5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and develop work practices to improve office administration
6. Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
7. Well-developed written communication skills
8. Clear commitment to and understanding of customer service.
