Care Planning Manager Role
This position oversees a caseload of approximately 12-18 clients receiving Child Safety and Disability Support.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional care management advice to principals and the executive manager.
2. Develop treatment plans for clients with complex medical, mental health, or developmental issues.
3. Represent the organization at tribunal hearings in matters related to guardianship and restrictive practices.
4. Conduct regular supervision and training for care staff on-site.
5. Participate in an emergency contact roster to provide advice during critical incidents.
Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as Psychology, Nursing, Human Services, or Social Work.
* Demonstrated knowledge of legislation, policy, and practice in areas like Disability Care, Forensic Disability, or Child Protection.
