Your Responsibilities
As the Head of Department (Curriculum), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Lead curriculum implementation with teams of teachers.
* Develop and collaboratively plan units of work that meet the learning and engagement needs of students.
* Support teachers through the modelling of evidence based teaching practices.
* Lead moderation practices across multiple junctures of planning and assessment.
* Lead a team of staff to provide physical and human resources for successful curriculum delivery.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to develop cutting-edge responses to units of work and assessment that provides student engagement and quality assurance of teaching outcomes.
This position has a 0.4FTE teaching load.
