We're seeking an Human Resource Officer to join our Cairns-based team in a permanent position, supporting healthcare staff who live and work across some of Australia's most unique and remote communities in the Torres Strait and Cape York.
This role exists to support the people who care for others - clinicians, frontline staff and leaders delivering essential health services in remote settings. If you're people-focused, organised, and want a career that feels purposeful, this is a your opportunity.
No formal HR qualifications are required - making this a fantastic entry or development role into the Human Resources.

* Experience in HR, administration, health or government is helpful - but not essential. What matters most is your mindset.
