This is an outstanding opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer with 5 years + PAE to join a respected Southport firm that combines high-quality work with down to earth leadership and long-term stability.

You will work closely with a highly regarded Partner who is known for their broad commercial background, strong technical capability and commitment to developing the region's next generation of litigation talent.
In this role you will gain exposure to:
* A wide variety of litigation files across diverse industries
* Property related disputes connected to broader team matters
* A broad mix of corporate and commercial transactions including business, asset and share sales
* General commercial advisory work and transactional support
* Body corporate matters and body corporate litigation desirable but not essential
* Research and preparation of technical corporate and commercial advice including taxation considerations
* Direct client relationship management and opportunity to build your profile
* Collaboration with colleagues at all levels
About you
* Admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland with 5 + years PAE in litigation
* Confident across a variety of litigation matters with strong technical capability
* Client focused with excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Self-driven and eager to play a key role within a close-knit litigation team
* Able to mentor and provide direction to an experienced assistant when required
* High level attention to detail and a commercially minded approach
