We are partnering with a large Facilities provider looking for a General Manager to lead a team undertaking Facilities Management in corporate clients to ensure delivery of efficient and effective performance across sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure P&L objectives are met and or exceeded.
* Managing and ensuring that contractual delivery expectations are met by clear guidance to managers and frontline staff.
* Lead contract delivery and contract variations
* Ensure SLA's and KPIs and met.
* Mentor and develop Contract Managers.
* Be the primary focus for client and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in Facilities Management and 5+ years leading contract delivery.
* A technical or business qualification is preferred.
* Facilities leadership gained in a commercial environment.
* You are a proven dynamic and innovative leader.
