Who we’re looking for
We welcome both new graduates and experienced OTs who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to help children and families thrive.
New graduates will receive structured supervision, mentoring, and a gradual caseload build-up, while experienced OTs will enjoy autonomy, opportunities to mentor others, and space to bring ideas to life.
You’ll thrive at Bloom if you:
- Hold (or are soon to complete) your Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
- Have (or can obtain) a current Working With Children Check.
- Feel energised by working with children and families and want to make a genuine impact.
