About the Role:
* Preparation of correspondence and documents
* Liaising with the ATO and undertaking associated tasks
* Lodgement of BAS
* Lodgement of Tax Returns
* Scanning
* Sending out digital packages to clients for signing
* Monitoring of emails
* Updating database
* Onboarding of new clients
* Undertaking adhoc administration duties as required
About You:
You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a client facing role. You will enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. Additionally, you will have:
* Experience using Xero software, XPM and Fusesign (ideal but not essential)
* Strong communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively
* Ability to work with a small tight knit team
