Responsibilities
* Work with clients to comprehend their business processes, requirements, and pain points, and leverage that knowledge to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
* Lead functional design sessions, conduct gap analysis, gather requirements, and showcase and demonstrate solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with technical team members to develop customizations, integrations, and extensions to enhance Dynamics 365 CE's functional capabilities and meet client requirements.
* Provide leadership to the project team (onshore and offshore) regarding usability and solution quality.
* Create high‐quality customer deliverables, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Offer subject matter expertise on Dynamics 365 CE functionality and best practices.
* Train and support end users in effectively utilizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working with technical team members as needed.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.
What you need to bring
* Proven expertise in Dynamics 365/CRM consulting, emphasizing functional configuration and strategic implementation.
* Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer.
* Strong understanding of business processes, enabling you to translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
* Demonstrable advisory or consultancy experience, with a track record of delivering high‐value solutions and strategic guidance.
* Exceptional problem‐solving and analytical skills, adept at translating business needs into technological solutions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, proficient in engaging with clients at various levels and leading technical team members.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, capable of leading specific project initiatives and contributing effectively to team collaboration.
* Comfortable delivering under differing methodologies, including agile, timeboxed outcome‐based agile delivery and hybrid delivery taking the best of both traditional and contemporary methods.
* Awareness of DevOps methodologies (experience using Azure DevOps to manage scope and plan project delivery).
* Solid background of successful end‐to‐end delivery of engagements, contribution to achievement of the project budget, scope, schedule, and resources.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
Location
This position is available in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne and may require onsite work when necessary.
