**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience in office administration, event planning, and customer service.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the effective running of our office, including building maintenance, event planning, and administrative support. You will also provide basic IT support for new starters and existing staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Office Manager or Facilities Coordinator role and possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities:

* Coordinate general building maintenance and repairs
* Oversee daily administrative activities, manage office supplies, and manage regular grocery orders
* Internal & external event planning: arrange occasional company breakfasts, organise catering, room hire, and guest lists
* General office admin: keep systems up to date, calendar management, and other admin as required
* IT & systems support: troubleshoot and diagnose basic IT issues for new starters and staff
* Compliance & WHS: collaborate with external providers in maintaining and updating the WHS processes, guidelines, and documentation

**Requirements:

* Previous experience in an Office Manager/Administrator or Facilities Coordinator role (desirable)
* Demonstrated experience with general office administration, planning, and coordination of events and customer service
* Systems savvy - ability to learn and use different systems and software
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
* Ability to work with ambiguity and come up with solutions to problems
* Excellent communication skills, in particular written communication
