Be the welcoming face of our dealership
Bendigo Ford is seeking a bright, bubbly and organised Receptionist to join our friendly and fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll play an integral role in both the front-of-house experience and the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the dealership.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
Greet customers and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude
Complete efficient and accurate data entry
Register and transfer vehicles via VicRoads systems
Liaise with the sales department to complete paperwork
Track and enter demo vehicles into internal systems
Process invoices to third parties
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
Conduct banking tasks and shopping required
Track, order and maintain showroom supplies
Maintain the general appearance of the customer waiting area
Foster positive relationships with colleagues and internal teams
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of people
Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office (training provided on in-house systems)
Proven ability to multi-task, stay organised and manage time effectively
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
