As our Marketing Governance Manager, you will lead the rollout and adoption of our Output-Based Operating Model (OBM) across Marketing and our agency partners. This newly created role will be the engine behind embedding new ways of working, driving accountability, and championing operational excellence.
The day to day
* Lead the implementation of the OBM framework across the marketing team and agency partners in collaboration with the Associate Director of Marketing Operations.
* Ensure the OBM is fully integrated into campaign planning, day-to-day delivery, and leadership investment reviews.
* Support agency and internal teams through onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to ensure consistent understanding and application of OBM principles.
* Monitor and refine processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance across Creative, Production, and B2B marketing streams.
* Act as the key point of escalation for performance, workflow, or prioritisation issues.
