Due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced physiotherapist to provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and intervention to enable clients to remain living at home with dignity and independence.
* Promote functional ability and prevent deterioration through tailored exercise programs and goal-oriented interventions.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated expertise in assessing physiotherapy needs and developing individualized programs for aged care clients within the community.
* Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
* In-depth knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models.
* Able to operate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and work independently.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work.
* Commitment to understanding and upholding our organizational values, actively promoting them through professional interactions.
* Hold a current first aid certificate or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.
* Possess a valid unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
