The Role
This is a hands-on position managing a residential portfolio end-to-end, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a professional, close-knit team and work within a structured environment that values quality over quantity.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Managing leasing processes from application through to move-in
* Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
* Handling arrears, bonds, and general tenancy matters
* Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

About You
* Minimum of 3+ years Property Management experience
* Must hold current Certificate of Registration, Valid Driver's License & a reliable car
* Strong knowledge of NSW legislation and compliance
* NCAT Experience
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with strong time management
* Professional presentation and client-first mindset
