* Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

You will be responsible for researching, implementing, and optimising SEM, social, and display strategies to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to support overarching digital strategies and improve performance across client portfolios.

* Implement campaign tracking through Google Tag Manager and ensure data integrity via GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, and other analytics platforms.

Regularly analyse campaign performance, optimise in real-time, and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients. Develop monthly reports with key learnings, data interpretation, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Requirements
* Experienced (3+ years) in managing diverse digital campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.

You should have a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns that drive business growth. You will be proficient in campaign tracking, keyword research, pixel implementation, and performance reporting. A critical thinker who can analyse data and turn it into real-world solutions.

* Google Ads and Meta certified (or willing to be).
