Lead Enterprise Sales Leader
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our enterprise software sales efforts in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in complex software sales, a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, and a methodical approach to territory planning, pipeline management, and account development.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a team of enterprise software sales executives.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within prospects and existing clients.
* Run post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales.
* Lead and undertake sales activities from initial contact until sale closure.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales, a proven track record of success, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in complex software sales or large-scale transformation services sales.
* Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
* Experience in developing sales strategies and executing them to achieve business objectives.
* Mastery of consultative solution sales and relationship-building.
* High intellect, emotional intelligence, and a proactive solution-focused nature.
