The Ritzau Bureau, Denmark's main news agency, is seeking a journalist for its Australian office in Ultimo, Sydney. The position is a two‐year term.
Responsibilities
* Cover Danish and international news agencies, media, and websites.
* Select and write the most important news items: crime, politics, sport, and business.
* Produce an online daily brief delivered to Ritzau subscribers early each morning (Denmark time).
* Assist in radio broadcast, news production, and provide print content as needed.
Qualifications
* Highly fluent in written and spoken Danish.
* Deep knowledge of Danish society and culture.
* Up‐to‐date with latest local and international news.
