BUSINESS MANAGER
The Business Manager at Caloundra Christian College is a senior leadership position, entrusted with the management and development of business administration, financial oversight, and facilities and resource management. As a key member of the Executive Team and an ex-officio secretary of the governing board, the Business Manager works in close collaboration with the Principal, aiding in the achievement of the College’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
The primary responsibility of the Business Manager is to lead and ensure the productive operation of the College’s business activities. This encompasses both strategic and operational aspects, including the commercial and business frameworks that facilitate the provision of quality Christ-centred education.
The Business Manager’s primary responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership, Governance & Compliance, Financial Management, Property & Resource management, Administration Leadership and Faith Leadership.
The Business Manager will be a committed Christian with current Church involvement. They will have:
- Demonstrated experience working within a school environment;
- Tertiary qualification/s in administration (e.g. Business/Accountancy) or other relevant discipline;
- A ‘Paid’ Working with Children Bluecard (or be willing to apply for one)
