About the Piling Yard Hand role
* Requirements: Valid forklift licence and experience in yard operations and safe loading procedures.
* Pay Guide: Competitive hourly rate up to $36ph
* Location: Western Sydney region.
Key Responsibilities
* Start shifts in the early afternoon and prepare for upcoming transport schedules.
* Assess trucks for loading and organise site deliveries.
* Load piling components, attachments, and construction materials efficiently.
* Operate a forklift to manoeuvre stock and maintain yard order.
* Ensure loads are safely secured and comply with workplace safety standards.
* Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to check loads and maintain yard workflow.
* Assist with preparing heavy equipment for transport if required.
* Keep the yard environment clean and observe all safety protocols.
* Carry out general yard duties relevant to civil piling operations.
* Conclude shifts by preparing the yard and teams for the following day.
