**The Role**
Are you an experienced EL 1 Program Manager based in Canberra looking for a long term contract and have a NV 1 clearance, this role just be what you are looking for
**Duties**
- Oversight of the Cyber Rapid Assistance for Pacific Incidents and Disasters (RAPID) program and assist with setting up relevant contracting arrangements.
- Manage budget, reporting and governance of RAPID program in accordance with relevant legislation, regulation, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Be the point of contact and liaison for the Cyber RAPID program.
- Drive procurement processes and provide oversight of contract delivery under the RAPID program, which includes building relationships and liaising with key internal stakeholders such as Corporate Procurement, Finance, etc.
- Build relationships and engage with delivery partners and contract recipients, including the private sector, Australian Government agencies, civil society and partner countries.
- As needed, other tasks may include: (i) supporting advocacy and public diplomacy activities for the Ambassador for Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology; (ii) providing support to Ministers, Senior Executives and other stakeholders as required; and (iii) supporting policy work on the bilateral relationship with countries, as opportunities and capacity allow.
- Be self-motivated, possess good judgement and have a demonstrated ability to operate flexibly, autonomously and under limited supervision.
- Be able to juggle several competing priorities, engage with risk and know when to escalate issues to Senior Executive.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Director CYC, colleagues and consultants on internal budgetary processes and policies.
- Possess strong skills and experience in program management, including contract and budget management, implementation, and governance arrangements.
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism during regular stakeholder engagement, including with Australian Government agencies, service delivery partners and partner governments.
- Ideally, experience in delivering government-funded programs and an understanding of cyber and critical tech issues.
