Partnerships & Commercial Negotiation
* Identify, negotiate and secure high-value partnerships that deliver incremental demand, customer access and brand amplification
* Build long-term, commercially aligned relationships with venues, rights holders, industry stakeholders and strategic partners

* Build strong, outcome-driven relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Creative to ensure alignment from strategy through to execution

* Proactively manage competing priorities and influence without authority to deliver outcomes that support broader business objectives
Leadership & Delivery
* Lead, coach and develop a national team to deliver consistently high commercial and executional standards
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field
* 10+ years' experience in event management and partnership development, preferably within liquor, beverage or FMCG
* Proven experience delivering high-profile events from concept through to execution
* Strong commercial negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Calm under pressure, hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves
* Strong commercial acumen with high attention to detail
* A genuine can-do attitude
