Product Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our core products and contributing to the execution of the product managers' strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide High-Quality Customer Support: Offer exceptional support to users of our core systems, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
* Develop User Manuals and Training Materials: Create comprehensive user manuals and training materials to facilitate effective onboarding and usage of our products.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with finance, digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure our systems meet business needs.
* Manage Product Deliverables: Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to our core systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
* Develop Reporting Tools and Dashboards: Design and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support informed decision-making processes within the organization.
* Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with our systems, ensuring a secure and stable operating environment.
