Responsibilities:
As a Department Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Modeling exceptional customer service and coaching your team to deliver the same high standard
* Actively gaining, maintaining, and sharing product knowledge with your team
* SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO IMPROVE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
* Working closely with the back-of-house team to ensure efficient stock management and product availability
* Upholding company standards and delivering store visual excellence
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in leadership roles within the retail industry
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach your team
* A positive attitude and a passion for delivering results
