What You'll Do
This is more than a security role, it's a role with purpose and impact.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
* Providing a strong security presence with exceptional customer service
* Supporting tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
* Conducting foot patrols and proactive safety awareness
* Managing access control and responding to client requestsResponding confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
* Building positive relationships with retail partners and centre management
* Completing clear incident reports and daily logs using digital systems
* Maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication
What You'll Bring
To succeed with Assetlink, you'll need:
* A valid (Insert State) Full Security Licence
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and confidence dealing with the public
* Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster
* Full working rights in Australia
