 
        
        The Role 
- Conduct gap credit analysis for each brand between the current Unsecured Credit Policy (for Credit Cards and Personal Loans ) and Responsible Lending Policy requirements. 
- Provide reviews for each identified gap and seek advice from Credit Policy SME’s, Legal, and Compliance. 
- Develop recommendations regarding the background of the variance, operational and systems impact, key controls, and a thorough justification for why updates are required (or not). 
- Ensure there are appropriate controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
- Work with relevant credit policy owners to facilitate any required amendments of the policy. 
- Seek advice from the Legal and Compliance team for approval on recommendations in line with the Risk Governance matrix. 
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Operations, Product distribution, etc.) where required. 
Knowledge and Requirements 
- 3+ years in Credit Risk and Credit Policy Review or similar, in Consumer Banking. 
- Solid and updated understanding of ASIC Responsible Lending Guide RG 209 and the NCCP Act. 
- Teamwork-oriented with a robust delivery focus. 
- Proactive and self-motivated, who can manage concurrent tasks/projects. 
- Can think on your feet and source solutions to problems. 
- Strong written and communication skills, especially when dealing with stakeholders across different levels.
