My client is business with a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking a Temporary Order Processing Officer to join the team and ensure the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders during a peak period.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and managing customer orders, while liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Process and verify incoming orders with speed and accuracy
· Update order details in the system and maintain customer records
· Liaise with internal teams (accounts, sales, logistics) to coordinate fulfilment
· Respond to customer enquiries regarding order status
· Assist with general administrative duties as required
About You
* Previous experience, ideally using SAP for order processing, AP, data entry, or administration
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced
* Proficiency with SAP (desirable)
