At The Fig Trees, we're driven by extensive NDIS knowledge, a deep commitment to client choice and control, and an unwavering passion for supporting our community. We're looking for a permanent full-time Client Service Coordinator to become a vital part of our West Adelaide office.
What You'll Do & Why It Matters
This isn't just an administrative role; it's a chance to be a game-changer for our clients. As our Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering client service programs that deliver meaningful outcomes. Your key responsibilities include:
* Program Planning & Development
Administer and coordinate tailored service programs for NDIS participants, including intake, service agreements, and support planning. Develop and refine processes to ensure effective and consistent delivery of services.
* Service Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison
Act as a central point of contact for clients, families, referrers, and external providers. Ensure services are coordinated efficiently across multidisciplinary teams and community networks.
* Monitoring & Evaluation
Monitor client progress and program outcomes, ensuring alignment with goals and NDIS standards. Collect feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
* Collaboration & Support
Work with senior management to align service delivery with strategic objectives. Provide guidance and administrative support to staff to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
You are a multitasking pro who remains calm under pressure and has a genuine heart for the sector.
* The Experience: Demonstrated experience coordinating services in NDIS or Aged Care. If you've used ShiftCare or similar rostering systems, you're ahead of the pack!
* The Expertise: A working knowledge of the standards and regulations governing NDIS and Aged Care.
* The Skills: High-level communication, "juggling" skills (multitasking), and a professional, approachable demeanour.
* The Education: Certificate IV or higher in Community Services, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Police Check
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
What We Offer You
* Competitive Salary: Pay in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award – Level 2, Pay Point 1 to Level 3, Pay Point 2 ($34.58 to $39.77 an hour) ($67,431.00 and $77,551.50 yearly), based on your experience and qualifications.
* Supportive Environment: Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week) from our Head Office in Pennington 5013.
