Ultimate Tiles are a market leader in the supply of tiles and building products to the Victorian market.
We are a well-established business in supply of tiles and building materials and are a major supplier to some of the larger domestic and retail building projects in Victoria.
Due to our growth strategies, we are looking for a part-time internal colour consultant and sales coordinator, at our sales Centre in Mornington.
We are looking to fill this position at our Mornington branch, and you will be working with our sales and marketing team, and you will be reporting directly to our Internal sales manager.
Training will be available to the successful candidate, and an excellent remuneration package is on offer for this role.
To be considered as a candidate for this exciting position, you will need:
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
* A strong understanding of the building and construction industry would be an advantage.
* A three-day week is on offer for this position
* Experience in sales and administration systems of work
* Experience with any CRM system is essential for managing client relationships and sales processes.
* Experience with Clear Tile software would also be an advantage in this role.
* A strong understanding of customer sales and working with clients
* Order and invoice processing
* Experience in colour sections or colour consultant would be an advantage.
* Liase with builders, retail and trade customers
* Liaise with management and our marketing team.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage incoming phone calls.
* Ability to work within a dynamic leadership team.
* Coordinating with suppliers and our procurement team
* A strong understanding of the principles of the building supply industry, would also be an advantage.
