Carwyn Cellars is a renowned and unique craft alcohol business operating in the retail, hospitality, and online sectors in the inner Northern suburbs of Melbourne. We are on the hunt for a passionate Bar Manger to lead our rag tag team team of booze tragics. Yep, this one doesn't come about very often, but it's a fantastic opportunity for right person to get stuck in and help take our Thornbury beer hall into its next chapter.
The role has scope to shape our cocktail program and even get involved with events. If this sounds like fun and you tick off most of the below, shoot off an email to and tell us a bit about yourself (maybe even your C.V. too):
* You froth the froth (i.e. you get excited about beer and have a good understanding of styles, breweries and importantly the technical side of things like faults and beer system troubleshooting).
* You like classic cocktails. Maybe making them too. Even better if you have a knack for designing them.
* You have previous bar management experience and always maintain high service standards.
* Pride yourself on fostering an inclusive environment for staff and a welcoming environment for regulars and patrons.
* Evening/weekend availability a must.
