About the Role MSS Security is looking for Security Officers in Mount Isa to provide a security presence - access control, mobile/foot patrols and respond to emergencies at our client site. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. This role is a 4 on 4 off rotational roster with 12 hour shifts. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Site access control and traffic management
* Conduct mobile/foot patrols and vehicle/bag security inspections
* Perform drug and alcohol testing
* Organise security passes, issue/sign keys in & out and lock/unlock buildings
* Provide customer service, monitor radio communications, and driver behaviours
* Respond to incidents and complete accurate reports.
Skills & Experience
* Full Australian Working rights
* QLD drivers' licence
* QLD Security Licence – unarmed
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Available to work on a 4 on 4 off rotational roster (day, nights and weekends)
