We are seeking a talented individual to join our finance team in an exciting opportunity to transform traditional FP&A support processes.
The primary objective of this role is to support the Business/Function strategy and drive achievement of financial goals and objectives through business partnering and substantial knowledge of the business.
Key responsibilities include owning close variance reporting process end-to-end, training operations partners in financial reporting processes, and owning the forecasting process for Corporate FP&A.

* Self-starter with strong process orientation when approaching daily work as well as problem solving opportunities
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and go beyond instructions and always seek to improve not just complete
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline
* Advanced spreadsheet modeling and maintenance skills in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent understanding and use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
* Ability to quickly learn system data-mining processes
* ERP experience such as Oracle preferred, not required
* Anaplan, TM1, Cognos, or other planning/business intelligence system experience preferred
* 2+ years working in corporate finance for medium/large company preferably technology or medical devices
* Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software experience preferred
