Silverchains Country Health Service are currently recruiting a Registered Nurse for
Busselton/Bunbury
and surrounds on a casual basis. You will be provided with lots of supportive paid training; having great availability during this time would be a great benefit.
This role offers the opportunity to work in the community seeing a variety of clients. Acute general nursing skills are desirable; community nursing experience is highly regarded. This role provides chronic disease management, wound, and catheter care to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
About you
Strong experience in wound and catheter care
Advanced clinical assessment skills in chronic disease management
Current Working with Children's check
2+ years post-grad broad experience in general nursing
Current registration with AHPRA, with zero notations
Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A current Australian driver's licence
