About the Company

Entrée Early Years Recruitment is the playful and fun-loving division of the multi-award-winning Entrée Recruitment. We were born out of a vision to create a specialised division dedicated to finding exceptional Early Childhood talent. Since 2011 we have connected early childhood stars with new opportunities and helped childcare centres find top talent.

Operating in both South Australia and Queensland we offer relief staff and permanent recruitment within the Early Childhood sector across Adelaide for Long Day Care Centres, Early Learning Centres, Out of School Hours Care and Vacation Care services.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this integral role will see you supporting the division in both permanent and temporary recruitment and working with building relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.

Duties

* Undertake permanent recruitment campaigns
* Manage telephone job briefings from clients
* Write job advertisements
* Build relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
* Source, interview and reference check suitable educators
* Phone screen educators prior to interview
* Assist with rostering and filling of bookings
* Candidate and client management
* Liaise with clients on queries of rates, positions and work performance
* Provide career advice and counselling to candidates
* Participation in both early childhood and recruitment industry events

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in agency/internal recruitment or client services
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* An understanding of The Early Years Sector, or an eagerness to get involved in the sector
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Quick learning ability and open to feedback
* Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage completing priorities
* Strong administration skills
