Responsibilities Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
