Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will provide support to the Lotto Brand Marketing team focusing on the implementation of the Lotto Portfolio brand initiatives, targeted communications activities and supporting project-based campaigns. The Lotto portfolio consists of household brands including Saturday Gold Lotto, Weekday Windfall, Super 66 and Strike Lotto. Please note this is 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.

What you'll do

* Take ownership for the point-of-sale strategy across all campaigns. Develop detailed POS briefs for agencies and internal creative teams and manage POS print and distribution to warehouses and retailers according to campaign timelines.
* Assist with execution and implementation of large-scale Saturday Gold Lotto and Weekday Windfall tactical and promotional campaigns.
* Work with internal stakeholders to develop campaign creative for a variety of above the line and below the line channels.
* Assist in the execution of the owned and earned channels for campaigns. Deliver the website updates for campaign and brand communications and execute electronic direct marketing as directed.
* Management and execution of retailer and internal communications for campaigns including newsletters, retailer Facebook pages, terminal messages, retailer's web.
* Manage daily timelines for the Lotto team and campaigns, including WIPs with agencies and internal teams.
* Assist in monitoring budget and the monthly processing of invoices.
* Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed deadlines.
* Ensure all marketing activities are conducted within The Lottery Corporation's Compliance, Responsible Play and Legal framework.
* Support the Lotto team in the implementation of product enhancement projects.

What you'll bring

* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or business with major in Marketing).
* At least one (1) year relevant marketing experience.
* A collaborative approach with a demonstrated high standard of work quality, accuracy, timeliness, organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
* Experience in or knowledge of developing print material such as point-of-sale campaigns and managing print suppliers to meet delivery deadlines.
* Experience with marketing and advertising campaigns implementation, including creative concepts, campaign assets, media plans, and websites.
* Experience with planning, managing timelines and monitoring budget.
* Creativity and a flexible approach to situations and changing priorities.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with work colleagues and external agencies.
* Experience working in a highly regulated environment desirable
