We’re proud to offer not only delicious Greek food but also a fun and inclusive work culture, where every team member is valued and every customer feels at home.Now, we’re looking for 2Experienced Supervisors (Casual /Part Time)to join the crew and help us deliver the Yiros Shop experience, every day.The RoleAs an Experienced Supervisor, to work in our Berrinba location, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations — bringing your skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset to every shift.What You’ll Be Doing:Preparing and serving our signature Greek Yiros and street foodDelivering fast, friendly, and professional customer serviceMaintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentationAssisting with training and supporting junior staffOperating POS systems and handling cashContributing to a positive team environment and helping achieve store goalsJumping in to help wherever needed — from prep to pack-upOperating a Drive ThruWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 6 months experience in a fast-food or hospitality environmentConfidence working in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house settingSolid understanding of food safety and hygiene practicesFriendly, reliable, and proactive attitudeExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work across days, nights, weekends and school holidaysRSA & Food Safety Certificates (or willingness to obtain)Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workersRSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employmentOur Culture:At The Yiros Shop, we foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment where team members are encouraged to bring their best selves to work every day.
