The family owned business is seeking an experienced chef to join our Eatery team as the business moves into its next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
* Join the Eatery team and contribute to a high-standard food offering.
* Deliver consistent, high quality food under pressure.
* Maintain a high level of detail, pride and consistency with plating.
* Follow direction and work within a small, passionate team.
* Demonstrate an excellent understanding of and meticulous adherence to food safety standards.
* Show strong organisational planning and time management.
* Work unsupervised when required.
Hours are daytime hours only.
Qualifications
* 3 years' experience working in a kitchen as a qualified Chef.
* Passionate about all things food.
* Calm and professional personality.
* Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to plating.
* Ability to follow direction and work within a small team.
* Excellent understanding of food safety standards.
* Strong organisational planning and time management.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Applicants must be available on weekends and have a current driver's license.
