About the role Seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through new and existing markets. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries. Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, QA) to develop packaging solutions tailored to client needs. Lead end-to-end sales process: proposal development, quoting, closing, and onboarding. Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. About You Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within plastic packaging. Strong technical understanding of thermoforming and/or blow moulding processes. Desirable Background in packaging design or product development. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
