Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Designer to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Adelaide.
PDG helps clients reach their business goals through a range of strong technical capabilities.

Our engineering and project management and construction disciplines ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable delivery of projects globally across the metals and mining, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
We manage our clients’ entire project lifecycle from studies to building assets, operating the assets, and developing efficiencies.

- Perform conceptual layout work
- Perform the design and drafting of mechanical plant models using applicable standards, project technical specifications and enterprise or project procedures
- Prepare 3D equipment modelling and 3D design
- Develop engineering design details and special items drawings
**You will bring to the role;**
- Advanced Diploma of Engineering or equivalent (mechanical preferred)
- Approx. 5 years mechanical design and modelling experience
- Experience within a large project, multidisciplinary EPCM environment
- Ability to take instruction and work unsupervised
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BMH experience
