Your Key Responsibilities Product Launch Excellence: Take ownership of product launches across r etail and wholesale MIS products, including property schemes and ETFs, ensuring all facets are executed seamlessly. Governance Leadership: Develop and implement governance frameworks to fulfil ASIC Design and Distribution Obligations (DDOs) and maintain compliance excellence. Portfolio Optimisation: Lead the rationalisation of the product portfolio, streamlining offerings to maximise market impact while meeting regulatory and strategic needs. Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and resilience during a period of organisational transformation. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled leader who thrives in complex, compliance-driven environments and is ready to make an impact. Ideal candidates will have: Product Management Expertise: Senior-level experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in Managed Investment Schemes or similarly regulated industries. Regulatory Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of ASIC regulations, including DDOs, and experience designing governance frameworks. Industry Experience: A background in property schemes, unlisted property investments, or ETFs is highly desirable.
