**The Opportunity**
An opportunity is available for an experienced Client Engagement Manager to join the dynamic team at Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership. An integral part of CCEL's Partnerships and Engagement team, this role will drive business development and client engagement for CCEL's core programs. A key focus will be engaging with and recruiting high-calibre leaders to participate in CCEL's core programs including its Executive Ethics and Colloquium programs.
Working collaboratively, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy including the identification and conversion of key opportunities and prospects across the public, private and non-profit sectors.
We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive, relevant experience in business development, relationship management and client care. With a bias for action and collaboration, this individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate high levels of independence, judgement and initiative. B2B and/or B2G business development experience will be highly regarded.
