About the Role
As our HR Coordinator, you'll be a key part of the HR team, supporting a range of day-to-day operations and contributing to long-term initiatives. You'll help build a great employee experience, ensure compliance, and drive cultural improvements.
Note: While rare, you may be contacted outside of business hours in the event of a critical incident or system outage.
What you will do:
* Provide responsive HR advice and support to staff and managers
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
* Lead and support HR programs, projects, and cultural initiatives
* Maintain employee records and HRIS data with high accuracy and confidentiality
* Contribute to payroll processes and HR reporting
* Assist with policy development and continuous improvement
* Drive team-building efforts and support a culturally safe, inclusive workplace
What You'll Bring
* Degree in HR or relevant experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
* Good time management and ability to work autonomously
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
