About the Role
Step up into a true leadership position and help deliver some of Sydney's most impressive outdoor environments. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a natural leader who enjoys being on the tools, guiding crews, solving problems in real time and setting the benchmark for quality on site.
You'll oversee a mix of commercial and high-end residential landscape construction projects, taking ownership of day-to-day site operations while working closely with project managers, subcontractors and clients. For the right person, this role offers a genuine pathway into Project Management, making it a long-term career move with real progression.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise and mentor on-site landscaping teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Coordinate daily site activities alongside project managers, subcontractors and clients
* Manage schedules, site documentation and WHS compliance across active projects
* Ensure works are completed on time, on budget and to exceptional quality standards
* Maintain a strong hands-on presence to support, guide and motivate your team
* 50% on the tools, 50% supervision
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Landscaping Foreman, Supervisor or Leadership role
* Proven ability to lead teams, communicate clearly and keep projects moving
* White Card and valid driver's licence (additional tickets highly regarded)
* Reliable, professional and confident working autonomously on site
* Experience across both residential and commercial landscape construction
