**About the Company**
Ark Energy, a subsidiary of Korea Zinc, have recently acquired the successful renewable energy developer Epuron. Their aim is to decarbonise the energy supply for the Korea Zinc group, become a fully integrated developer/owner/operator, as well as becoming a competitive producer and exporter of green hydrogen. They have the first hydrogen project to be jointly supported from Arena and CEFC and have a 9GW pipeline of renewable projects with the acquisition of Epuron. **About the Role**
**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Support and contribute to the commercial strategy development and execution across the business.
- Support and contribute to commercial negotiations across a range of areas in the business, including key project documents (e.g. turbine supply agreement, balance of plant contracts, grid connection agreements), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), hydrogen/ammonia offtake agreements as well as debt and equity documents.
- Support Ark Energy's Commercial and Strategy Team and external advisers to run processes to sell PPAs, negotiate joint venture agreements as well as raise debt and equity.
- Run financial models to analyze project returns (wind, solar, battery and hydrogen) and prepare slide decks outlining the results to management.
- Work closely with the Development Team to collect financial modelling inputs, including wind yield analysis, capex estimates, MLF and congestion inputs etc.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or similar
- 1-3 years of commercial and financial modelling experience in a commercial, corporate finance or infrastructure projects group within investment banking, professional services or industry
- Experience in the energy, renewable energy, energy storage and/or hydrogen sectors is preferred
- Strong research, analytical and presentation skills
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems and contribute to an effective and detailed action plan
