If you have a love of customer service, and are available for shifts including weekdays we would love to hear from you
As a Casual Team Member, you will ensure our store looks beautiful by keeping each aisle well stocked, neat, tidy and organised. You'll offer customers welcoming and attentive service, by answering any questions they have and offering assistance if required. You will also work with your team to receive and organise stock deliveries.
Previous experience working in retail or customer service is desirable, but not essential.
You will need:
* A friendly attitude and good communication skills to provide the attentive customer service Hill Street is known for.
* A love of working with food and people (both colleagues and customers)
* Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction.
* The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.
* Ongoing availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. Your standard roster will be agreed based on your availability and our operational requirements, with flexibility to suit your needs.
* Physical fitness for lifting and standing.

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. The base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are:
Casual
* Weekdays $33.19
* Saturday $39.83
* Sunday $46.46
Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
